Bellway have a full professional team. We’re raising £4,000 to commission an independent chartered planning consultant — to visit the site, scrutinise the developer’s evidence, and help put our community’s case in proper planning terms. Every pound goes to the campaign; nothing goes to individuals.

If possible, please use “Donation” followed by your surname as the payment reference. By making a donation, donors acknowledge and accept these arrangements. We will never contact you to say our bank details have changed. If you ever see different details anywhere, they are not ours — please check with us first. Thank you for your support in helping to protect our local Green Belt — together we can make sure our community’s voice is heard.
All donations are used solely to support the campaign opposing development on local Green Belt land. This may include legal advice, planning consultants and other professional advisers, printing and publicity materials, venue hire, and campaign administration.
The campaign fund is administered by Friends of Kingstone Green Belt. Financial records are maintained, and all expenditure is authorised by two campaign administrators. Any surplus remaining after the campaign has concluded and all liabilities have been settled will be donated to the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE), or an appropriate local branch.
So far, donations have paid for the printing of 2,000 campaign leaflets, delivered across Kingstone in July 2026. We will keep publishing what has been raised and what it has paid for.
